How To Make A Comment At A Board Meeting

I encourage you to share your concerns, questions and ideas at our monthly board meetings. Open sessions usually begin at 7pm. There is always an item on the agenda for public comment on items not on the agenda. Normally, this item is towards the end of an open session.

If you want to make a comment, fill out a comment card located at the table near the entry to the meeting room. There will be a place for you to write your name and topic. Hand your card to the Superintendent's secretary, Jayne Malloy, who sits next to Dr. Lohwasser at the board meetings. Dr. Lohwasser gives the cards to the Board President, Brad Honsberger.
